Externally-Funded Research Projects
At the Osaka University Research Center on Ethical, Legal, and Social Issues (ELSI), we are working to identify ELSI at each stage of the development and implementation of emerging science and technologies. We are conducting multi-faceted research on the governance of emerging science and technologies, and are working to understand what kind of initiatives are expected of stakeholders.
Here, we introduce the externally-funded research that is being conducted in collaboration with institutions both within, and outside of, Osaka University.

Co-Creation Research Projects
At the ELSI Center, we are conducting multi-faceted research on the ELSI and governance of emerging science and technologies, while also supporting real-world practice by taking a “co-creation” approach to research.
